the hotel provided amenities including a microwave and mini fridge. i appreciated the electric kettle plus complimentary toiletries. the pool area included a sauna and steam room. i also received free water bottles upon arrival.
the room's window did not fully close, i could hear more outside noise.

I liked the staff at reception, they were decent. The cleaning staff was excellent, very helpful. The room was clean and the ambiance was excellent too.
The room smelled strange when I first entered. It took a while for the smell to disappear. Perhaps it was from a cigarette.

I appreciated the hotel's closeness to the metro. The Souq Waqif was also nearby. This made getting around town real easy. The staff members were so friendly and helpful, they were amazing.
The room looked a little worn. I noticed some spots where it needed a little care. The breakfast selection could include more options. I felt it was geared toward specific tastes.

the location was really convenient. i could easily visit the souk. the staff were friendly people and check in was pretty easy. my room was quite spacious also. it included a kettle, a microwave and a fridge i really liked.
the facilities felt worn. it didn't match the pictures online. the toilet was quite small. it was difficult to move around in it.
